Crafts Show/Sale
This 24th
Annual Art & Crafts event is planned so
that visitors can view Glacier National
Park at one of its most beautiful times of
the year - fall with all its golden colors.
The Arts and Crafts show and sale brings
together thirty outstanding Montana Artists
and Crafters who set up their ‘booths’ in
rooms and lower level of the Inn.
Show hours are 11am – 5pm on Saturday and
Sunday 11 am-4pm

Ladies, start ski season right! A ski clinic weekend designed for women. Learn and tune-up ski skills in a friendly, low-stress, and beautiful environment on fantastic XC ski trails. Enjoy guidance and instruction by women and for women with certified ski instructor Brenda Winkler, licensed massage therapist Lisa Steiner and yoga instructor Shawna Moore. The WomenSKI weekend schedule is designed around Amtrak's train schedule so take the train from Whitefish to Essex and back for this perfect getaway! Package includes two ski lessons, lunch, dinner and breakfast, two yoga classes, and therapeutic sport massage. Class size is limited - sign up now!
These
women-oriented ski weekends are planned for
early and late ski season. Our next weekend

2010 | Kick-Out-The-Kinks
Join us on
Sunday and compete in our 5K and 10K ski
race benefit. Registration is from
10:30 am to Noon. Race entry fee is
$10 per person. All proceeds go to
the Middle Fork Quick Response Unit (QRU).
Race starts at 1:00 pm. Special Room
rates available. Note: This is the
last day to get your IWI 2010-2011 Annual
December 24 &
25, 2010 | Christmas Holiday (2-night
minimum stay)
Celebrate
Christmas the old fashioned way with family
and friends at the Izaak Walton Inn.
Spend time skiing, snowshoeing and relaxing
around the stone fireplace in our lobby or
in the Flagstop Lounge. The holiday
is celebrated with candlelight Christmas
Eve Service at 8 pm with punch and
home-baked treats served after. A
traditional Christmas Day dinner is served
1pm – 8pm. There is a two-night
minimum stay. Join the

December 31,
2010 New Year’s Eve | (2-night

Join us to
welcome in the New Year. We celebrate
with the following events:
Horse-drawn
sleigh rides offered on New Year’s Eve day
and New Year’s Day. NYE Prime Rib
Dinner served from 4pm-8pm, kids activity &
pizza from 5pm-7pm, headlamp ski with our
ski pro from 9pm –10pm, midnight buffet
served 11 pm to midnight, New Year’s Eve
party favors to ring in the new year,
fireworks at 12:15 am, and New Year’s Day
Champagne Breakfast 7:30am – Noon. Two-night
minimum stay. Please note: the New
Year’s Eve meal and activity package is
required purchase by all guests staying at

This event is
organized by Rocky Mountain Outfitter in
Kalispell. A fun weekend for families
to ski and race. Room discounts for
racers and families. Package includes
race registration, room discount, spaghetti
dinner on Saturday after races, continental
breakfast and chili feed on Sunday after
races.

March 19 &
20, 2011 | Annual Snow Rodeo (2-night
minimum stay)
A weekend filled
with fun, laughter, and prizes.
“Rodeo” events will be done on skis and
snowshoes. Have fun riding wild
broncos, ropin’ goats, barrel racing, and
chuck wagon racing on skis or snowshoes. Great fun for all and a wonderful family
event. Special room rates available
with a two-night minimum stay. On
Sunday, there’s a Egg Hunt on skis for kids
who participated in the Rodeo. The
grand prize? A 3-night stay in a caboose
for the next year’s Snow Rodeo!
