Some offerings change regularly so we can best use seasonal foods while others are long-standing favorites.
Breakfast selections include Montana Style Potatoes with Rocky Mountain Apple-bread & Huckleberry Pancakes with thick-sliced bacon.
Lunch favorites include Buffalo French Dip, a BBQ Shredded Pork Wrap with red onion marmalade, and our Grilled Turkey Sandwich with roasted red peppers, sautéed mushrooms, and Gouda cheese.
For dinner try our Ruby Red Rainbow Trout with a zesty lemon-pepper pesto, or perhaps our Huckleberry-Orange Chicken.
Remember to save room for our wonderful homemade desserts such as deep-dish huckleberry cobbler, caramel-topped bread pudding, or, for chocolate lovers,mud pie. Enjoy!
