Join Snowy Springs Outfitters for a 1/2 day or Full Day trail ride into the Bob Marshall Wilderness.  Rides go during rain or shine for that authentic Montana experience.  Reservations are required.  All levels of riders are welcome.  Minimum age of 6 years old.

Trail rides are available Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays during the peak season months.  Transportation is included.  Snowy Creek will pick up you up at the Inn.

1/2 day Trail Ride $125/person 4-5 hours
Full Day Trail Ride $175/person 8-9 hours

**It is recommended that guests bring a variety of clothing layers, snacks, and good closed-toed shoes.

Wild River Adventures

The Middle and North Fork of the Flathead River are two of Montana’s wildest rivers which are a part of our adventure trips. These rivers form the southern and western boundaries of Glacier National Park. They are protected as Wild and Scenic rivers, insuring that they will remain free flowing and untamed. These glacial fed waters rank as some of the cleanest rivers in the world.

There are several different trips to choose from. You can book a Whitewater Raft Trip, choosing from a half day whitewater, full day whitewater (lunch on the river), evening dinner whitewater, sport raft wild side, half day inflatable kayak, full day inflatable kayak, two day raft or a custom multi day raft trip (whitewater or scenic, Middle Fork or North Fork). There is also a  Scenic Raft Trip where you can book a half day scenic, full day scenic (lunch on the river) or evening dinner scenic trip.

Wild River will pick up our guests on Wednesdays and Fridays. Rental cars are also available onsite at the Izaak Walton with rates starting at $99 per day.

Glacier Ziplines

Glacier Zipline is located just west of Glacier National Park, approx 35 minutes from the Izaak Walton Inn. They offer spectacular views of the Flathead River, Great Northern Railway and the Badrock Canyon.

Glacier Ziplines offers an 8 Zipline Canopy Tour, plus a lowering Zipline. There is no hiking involved! Once you have completed the full tour you will have ziplined approx. one mile of cable.

Transportation is required. Rental cars are available on site at the Izaak Walton Inn with rates starting at just $99.
